![]() I have tried reinstalling all components and software, and the same result. And now that I am thinking of it, right around the 2.03 update I also lost CD burning in the project page, and the studdered playback after mixdown that I described earlier. It worked In V2 up until the 2.03 update. It always worked in S1V1 with Midi Mapper. The only options I have are MS Midi Mapper, MS Wavetable Synth, and MS Synth. This no matter what the "send to" selection is on the device. In the meantime, is there a logfile that would have the same information that I could attach? I can prob have a screenshot in a few hrs. The very first and the only working MIDI player for Windows Phone platform is here Application features perfect software MIDI synthesis (the same or even better than your desktop PC, using Gravis Ultrasound compatible patches), cool themed spectrum analyzer visualization, huge MIDI database access, playlists support and many more. I get choppy playback on audio immediately after mixdown of any song, 100% of the time. With its advanced MIDI tools and features, not to mention its very unique workflows, this innovative DAW lets you create music quickly and easily as long as you know your way around the software. Windows audio has also been acting funny. FL Studio is a DAW that definitely stands out from the pack. I believe this to be a windows thing, and not an S1 thing. I have since deleted the keyboard as I was not using right now, but I do need it tomorrow. I can work on the screenshot, but it comes up on the S1 splash screen. The MIDI mapper was assigned to an Avid Keystation. Shure Mics (57's, 58's, and a 1953 Unidyne), Various AKG, Various MXL Ribbon Mics.ฤก974 P-Bass, 1990 Jazz, 1985 Guild B302, Ampeg SVT with 4x10x15 cabinet S1Pro V2 (Special Dog Balls Edition), Melodyne Editor, Nomad Factory Studio Bundle, Waves Renaissance Bundle, Firestudio Tube, Faderport, Monitor Station, HP4 Headphone Amp Yamaha HS50 Monitors. Lenovo Thinkpad E520, Windows 7 64bt, 8 GB RAM, Intel i5 Processor I would like to get this resolved for the future though. At this point it is not a huge issue, as we are mixing at this stage. No joy on finding any drivers, etc to reinstall. Has anyone else had this happen, and is there a fix? I have googled the problem, and there is supposed to be a midi mapper application in the control panel. It becomes a "switch option, restart S1, rinse repeat" scenario, with blind luck winning over all to get the synth working. If I switch the settings on the device to MS GS Wavetable synth, same thing happens. This happens whether or not my USB keyboard is attached. On S1V2 startup, I get a message "microsoft midi mapper failed to initialize". Location: Somewhere in the swamps of Jersey. ![]()
